Position Description :
The Brand Ambassador (Marketing Manager) is responsible for helping to drive and support marketing strategy and activation for several of ATDs key manufacturing brand partners.
This role will be responsible for partnering closely with the merchandising, sales, and digital functions to develop go-to-market strategies that result in clear brand positioning, promotion strategies, and tactical activations that gain the support of our selling teams and drive improved business outcomes for our dealers / customers.
Today, there is a significant opportunity to evolve the approaches that ATD leverages to reach and engage with our dealers / customers and this position will have a critical role in setting a vision for what the future of this role can look like and the contributions that can be brought to life for our manufacturing brand partners, for ATD, and for our dealers / customers.
Strong candidates for this position will be comfortable with working across a matrixed cross-functional organization and seamlessly moving between both strategic- and execution-oriented workflows.
Success will be driven by a focus on implementing new solutions and approaches based on objective data, qualitative feedback, marketing gut instinct, and a relentless focus on improved customer experience.
This Brand Ambassador will be strong and vocal advocate for the manufacturing partner brands that will be supported by this role, ensuring the development of marketing programs that are in line with strategic, operational, and financial goals.
You should bring a proven track record that will demonstrate your ability to be successful in a fast-moving and dynamic B2B environment.
You should be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, and relentlessly focused on progress over perfection.
Serve as the organizational bridge connecting merchandising teams and external manufacturing brand partners with ATDs marketing, digital, customer experience, and selling teams.
Support the testing, development, and execution oftraditional / digital marketing initiatives that directly impact brand awareness, customer acquisition and retention.
Use creative and analytical skills to extract channel insights and turn them into actionable changes that will drive sales.
Partner withcross-functional teamsto build the content calendar and create unique campaigns that align with seasonality andbusiness / promotion objectives.
Regularly conduct creative tests across channels, and work with the team on optimization of creative, landing pages and site experience to drive conversion.
Continually analyze the competitive landscape and customertrends.
Regularly share learnings(ROI, effectiveness, efficiency, etc.)andensure future marketing opportunities reflect previous learnings and organizational best practices.

Qualifications Required
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications,Businessor related fields.
2-4+ years of marketing,communicationsor project management experience.
Demonstratedexperience withbuilding and executing marketing programs and strategies inB2B or B2B-like industries or companies.
