Overview
The Social Media Specialist is responsible for the coordination of consumer, customer, and business engagement efforts across social media for the American Sugar Refining’s portfolio brands (ASR Group). The Social Media Specialist seeks to ensure that the content and conversations taking place in our online communities reflect the individual brand voice, as well as collective company culture. The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for monitoring conversations and managing replies, content planning, and day-to-day management of our social support channels. This role will work closely with the Social Media & Partnerships Manager, marketing, communications, and outsourced teams on campaigns, product launches, and business-critical marketing projects.
