Position Overview
This newly created position will be responsible for oversight and management of our Customer Service, Billing, and Inventory Management Staff. Lots of opportunity for process improvement and people development. This is a critical part of our business, and we need a strong leader to oversee these operations!!
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Provide leadership and oversight to a department of approx. 15 people across 4 different offices
- Develop and document desktop procedures for customer service – drive quality and sales through effective interaction with customers and help solve their problems
- Understand the flow of information through our ERP system and work with corporate finance to improve data integrity and reporting
- Improve and document system of controls surrounding daily fuel inventories
- Oversee fast paced, high volume billing function which relies on speed and accuracy
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with operators and corporate staff
Qualifications and Skills:
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- BS degree in accounting or finance preferred
- Previous experience in billing and customer service
- Ability to learn complex transactional ERP systems quickly and be able to provide support to the staff/user community
- Ability to identify and solve problems collaboratively
- Previous experience in inventory management and reporting is a plus
- Ability to travel to other locations in Clearfield, Corsica and Bradford to work with other offices
