Who are we looking for? We are seeking an experienced and people-oriented leader who understands the standards of service and hospitality and would like to be a part of a growing restaurant group. A self-motivated and passionate individual, always willing to go an extra mile to drive the company goals and objectives for creating the best employee and guest experience. As a General Manager, you will enjoy a career path that challenges you as a leader and facilitates rapid growth. Our managers control day-to-day operations and ensure all products are consistent with company quality standards. They also serve as role models and mentors, and must possess outstanding communication skills.
Qualifications? Experience managing in fast-paced, high volume restaurants and leading a large team in a multi-revenue operation for a minimum of 5 years. Full time flexibility and availability is required. Ability to work well under pressure, while quickly finding solutions to any issues that arise and having excellent project execution. Confident financial acumen – having the ability to read and interpret financial statements. Ability to lead, train and develop a team.
