Selling Partner Services Team (SPS) is responsible for creating a trustworthy shopping experience across Amazon stores worldwide by protecting customers, brands, selling partners and Amazon from fraud, counterfeit, and abuse as well as empowering, providing world‐class support, and building loyalty with Amazon’s millions of selling partners. We are seeking a Program Manager (PM) with demonstrated experience to support programmatic tool launches and mechanisms to drive efficiency through engagement and adoption. The PM will manage difficult and cross functional projects and goals. They will also understand relevant business requirements and identify stakeholder needs and key performance indicators (KPIs). The PM will impart clear and concise summaries for the projects they own to leadership/management team and are effective at answering questions in detail.
Key job responsibilities
Program Managers lead projects for cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of a new feature, service, product, or system. They gather business requirements, document specifications, identify appropriate resources needed, assemble the right project team, assign individual responsibilities, and develop the milestones and launch schedule to ensure timely and successful delivery of the project.
Program Managers contribute cross-functional business and technical skills, assess and manage risks, measure and report on progress, anticipate and resolve bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs with the technical constraints. They rely heavily on influence over authority to drive project deliverables.
