Masters preferred.10-15 years of experience with proven track record in technical product management and launching successful products in B2B Industry. Proven ability to take current set of solutions in a segment and create the roadmap of the future.Well versed in leading the creation of “Product Marketectures” to uncover relevant differentiators highlighting key product elements.Understand strategic and competitive position to deliver products that are recognized best in class and strengthens our leadership position.Utilize your strategic blended strength and knowledge of HW technology with business acumen to help AI develop innovative next generation solutions.Create a deep understanding of our customers and prospects and the value that needs to be delivered to them. Analyze current customer experiences to define friction points and create seamless and effortless experiences.Engage with sales team to absorb any feedback they are getting regarding our products or requests they are receiving for new functionality.Understand and ensure the strategy for HW seamlessly integrates with SW strategy to enable our unique and industry leading value proposition.Be the evangelist for our solutions and become the trusted advisor/thought leader in our industry.Experienced product leader who has driven successful product launches and has the unique blend of design/development experience while understanding the business elements wellPlanning: (30%)Define high quality, simple product roadmaps based on AI’s vision.Translate business and customer needs into detailed, crisp business requirements and user stories that can be used to create product specifications and architecture for each product and application.Specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by data from conversations and usability tests with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders.Collaborate gracefully with engineering, marketing, operations, and sales teams to deliver on the vision.Lead initiatives across various product, marketing, finance, sales, and support teams to ensure successful roll-out and support of new products with a robust Go-To-Market plan.Understand the functional components of existing AI products and evaluate the continued relevance of each component based on current customer usage.Create strategies for transitioning from legacy applications to the new platforms to provide the best product experience to the customerEducation & Support: (20%)Ensure that current projects align with overarching product strategy and intervene if deviation occurs.Participate in regular meetings with Product Owners related to Development and ensure that current activity aligns with project goals.Work with Project Owners to address critical issues that affect current deliverables and adjust Product Roadmap and business cases (if appropriate).Interact with Development teams using the SCRUM and CBPM method of product development.Participate in bi-weekly Sprint Review meetings, highlighting project status and demonstrating new functionality to members of Development, Sales and Marketing, Professional Services, as well as upper management.In cooperation with the Marketing group, highlight new feature releases for existing products; this may include leading webinars or small training sessions for new and existing customers.Develop content for new products to effectively enable customers, sales, marketing and support.Work with Customer Service and Product Owners to determine if any issues related to existing products have arisen and adjust the Product Roadmap if appropriate.Manage the product life cycle and performance metrics including developing marketing plans, revenue potential and operational impact of tactics.Provide strategic direction and messaging for tradeshows and conferences related to the assigned products.Develop Yourself: (10%)Look for training opportunities that help build my skills and make me more valuable at work and at home.
