The Sr. Accounting Manager, Treasury & AP will oversee the end-to-end accounts payable process from invoice receipt to payment for domestic and international entities. This person will lead the cash management, cash flow forecasting, as well as domestic and international commercial banking.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with annual 1099 preparation
- Partner with the accounting team to ensure accuracy in GL reporting
- Assist with the coordination of the annual US and International budgeting process
- Reconcile and review monthly credit card statements
- Coordinate with international markets to obtain data for annual FBAR filings
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments to vendors
- Collaborate with departments across the organization to streamline processes, address and resolve issues
- Recommend and implement automation tools and technology to streamline workflows and reduce manual efforts
- Create and monitor a daily/weekly domestic cash forecast. Review international cash forecasts weekly
- Develop and lead the monthly and annual accounts payable closing processes
- Reconcile Accounts Payable and Cash accounts
- Manage HQ access to all international bank accounts across the company
- Supervise and direct the accounts payable personnel (1 FTE)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- MBA or CPA is also highly desirable
- 3+ years experience in Accounts Payable and Treasury/Cash Management
- SAP ByDesign experience preferred
- International Accounting experience preferred
- Strong analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills
- Must be very comfortable with technology and able to adapt quickly to new software
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
