Overview:
The Residential Finance Director will oversee Aman Residences contract administration, branding fee and commission invoicing, collection, and reporting. As the day-to-day point of contact for Aman Residences development partners and owners on all Residential accounting and sales contract matters, the Residential Finance Director will implement and maintain procedures as dictated by Head of Global Residences, and Aman CFO. Residential Finance Director will manage Aman internal referral programs and monitor fulfillment of these programs to help drive sales and revenue to the company.
Responsibilities:
CRM
Oversee Residential CRM Reporting and Process
Branding Fee and Commission Collections
Lead the effort to invoice and collect Aman’s residential branding fee from all development partners.
Lead the effort to invoice and collect Aman’s residential referral commissions from all development partners.
Contract Administration
Oversee purchase and sales contract coordination.
Administer registration and payment documentation for all internal sales referrals.
Oversee the internal and 3rd party referral payment program.
Relationship manager and point of contact for all project contract administers.
Sales Reporting
Lead enforcement efforts of all development partners to report leads and sales to Aman.
Lead escalation process for non-compliant development partners.
Qualifications:
Higher education and a minimum of five years of related experience and/or training
Strong organizational and time management skills
Self-starter ability to work with little to no direct supervision
Capable of working under pressure and with various stakeholders
Able to handle a multitude of tasks in an intense, fast paced environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Sensitive to cultural nuances
Very high attention to detail
Proficiency in Excel and CRM Tools
