STEEL SYSTEMS INSTALLATION, INC in Quarryville has an immediate need for a full time Accounting Clerk to join their team!

Duties and Responsibilities

• Process the Company’s accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Enter payments, payroll checks, and cash deposits
• Process Company payroll (in conjunction with outside payroll service)
• Process Company 401K program
• Maintain inventory in conjunction with Operations Manager
• Work with outside accounting firm in processing basic accounting, including monthly and yearly statements, as well as other month-end/year-end requirements
• Maintain job costing
• Reconcile monthly bank statement
• Assist with purchasing
• Assist with insurance administration, including Health Insurance, General Insurance, and Workers Compensation
• Assist with Human Resource administration
• Assist with Safety Program administration
• Invoice customers for completed jobs and parts orders as directed
• Answer phones and greet visitors as necessary
• Other duties as assigned
