Job Profile Summary: Provides complex strategic financial support and oversight of all activities associated within the departments which they are assigned. Also, provides system support across the organization. Oversees and provides operational direction in a range of activities including financial analysis, financial accounting and reporting, budgeting, operational reporting, and complex project work. Also has oversight of the billing and collections departments. Manages accountability for the staff in the departments they are assigned. Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the financial needs of the business are being met in an effective manner.
Job Description:
Principle Responsibilities
Monitors business for variations and investigate changes in financial conditions.
Generates ideas for financial improvements, implement projects and monitor results.
Provides support to operational leaders on idea generation, project work, monitoring and analyzing business financials, measurement reporting and scorecards.
Oversees forecasting, budgets and monthly financial review for the departments which they are assigned.
Analyzes and provides solutions to a variety of system operational reporting and functions.
Provides oversight to the billing and collections departments involving staff, systems, accounting, and related policy and procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting or related field required and
Master’s degree preferred
7+ years of experience in an accounting or finance related field required
Less than 2 years of supervisory or management experience required
