Allied Universal is hiring a Project Manager that manage the financial health of a large Enterprise Accounts Portfolio.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Those duties necessary to meet the minimum requirements of the position. Other duties may be assigned:
1. Ensure invoice accuracy for a large Enterprise Portfolio to include pay rates, bill rates, auditing billable items, and timely submission to the customer.
2. Ensure contract compliance with all new hires.
3. Assist in the preparation and presentation of Quarterly Business Reviews.
4. Identify client-specific Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and measure Allied Universal’s performance of these measurements to ensure acceptable monthly scorecard results.
5. Ensure all administrative and operational functions, including payroll, billing, accounts receivable, scheduling, and issues are promptly resolved.
6. Conduct in-depth audits and analysis of operational and financial controls relating to the account management.
7. Manage and own the accounts receivable process for their customer.
8. Create and manage to an annual overhead budget. Partner with their customers on their security budget.
