Requirements
Our client is looking for a Finance Manager to join the Operations Finance team. The Finance manager will play a critical role in delivering best-in-class financial partnership and analysis the Operations and Business Management teams. This position is perfect for someone who is passionate about providing financial planning and analysis support to our growing needs. This manager will lead a team responsible for strategic business partnering, managing operating and capital budgets, financial forecasting, financial close processes, create and maintain operational efficiency KPI’s and provide analytical insights to the company’s gross margin performance.
In this role you will lead the operating and capital expenditure Budgeting and Headcount management for the Operations and Business Management Organizations
· 6-10 years of experience in high growth Technology or Life Sciences company with F P & A experience
· Experience managing an Operational Expense, Budgeting skills with Business Partnering experience preferred
· Bachelor’s degree required, MBA, Masters or equivalent degree recommended
· Passion for data analysis, reporting & systems
· Exceptional analytical skills with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. Adaptive Planning or similar reporting software is a plus
· High energy and attention to detail, problem solving approach and ability to deliver results
· Proven ability to work independently and manage day to day priorities and projects
· Strong communication, critical thinking, collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with various organization, all levels
Job Responsibilities
· Create strong business partnerships with Operations leadership including multiple Vice Presidents
· Prepare, report, and support the annual /quarterly operating & capital plan expense budgeting and long-range planning process, setting targets at staff level and major categories
· Lead and drive the monthly/quarterly close process, budge vs. actuals analysis and margin analysis
· Provide comprehensive and timely reporting of financial results and KPIs to senior leadership leveraging automation and visual dashboards.
· Collaborate/assist our Operations partners to determine priorities, propose change and enhance function’s contribution to the company
· Prepare ad-hoc reports and assist on special projects, participate in cross functional projects
· Support the implementation, integration, and enhancement of financial planning systems

Pay: $130,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
