Responsibilities ‚ ‚ Troubleshoot and research compensation inquiries for Financial Advisors ‚ ‚ Facilitate updates and changes in Xtiva (Sales Performance and Incentive Compensation Tool) such as building new compensation splits and updating advisor payout percentages ‚ ‚ Document management activities including retrieval and processing of 401(k) and Insurance statements as well as uploading documentation to our archive database ‚ ‚ Participate in payroll closure and reporting ‚ ‚ Monitor incoming mail for compensation checks and process accordingly ‚ ‚ Processing of checks and invoices for Financial Planning clients ‚ ‚ Pull ACH bank transactions ‚ ‚ Contribute to additional Investment and Insurance Support activities as needed Qualifications ‚ ‚ Undergraduate college degree ‚ ‚ Minimum 3 years of work experience in a professional office environment (Insurance and Investment Services preferred) with data entry responsibilities and efficient execution of administrative tasks Additional Qualifications ‚ ‚ Ability to work independently and effectively manage a variety of daily tasks ‚ ‚ Proficient computer and Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel) ‚ ‚ Self-driven yet collaborative worker who is service and teamwork oriented ‚ ‚ Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with advisors ‚ ‚ Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines ‚ ‚ Intermediate knowledge of investment and insurance products a plus Equal Opportunity Employment We’re an‚ equal opportunity employer .
