Position Type: Full-Time
Starting Wage: $25.00/hour
Duties and Responsibilities:
Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Assists in event coordination and execution.
- Collaborates with team members and communicates relevant information to direct leader.
- Helps to research and vet potential and upcoming influencer partners.
- Proofreads and edits blog and social media content.
- Executes administrative duties developing team agendas, capturing meeting notes and action items, and coordinating next steps.
- Assists the Consumer PR team for any event coordination and execution.
- Conducts research to assist in department initiatives and projects.
- Liaises between the department, vendors and/or agencies while maintaining positive relationships.
- Upholds the security and confidentiality of documents and data within area of responsibility.
- Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- Associate’s Degree in Public Relations or a related field required.
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience required.
- Or, a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
- Experience as Public Relations Assistant, and/or Associate Account Executive in digital, influencer or social media preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Work is performed in an office environment where a computer, telephone and other office equipment are used as needed to perform duties.
- Regularly required to sit, reach, grasp, stand and move from one area to another.
- Constantly and repeatedly use keyboard/mouse.
- Occasionally required to push, pull, bend, lift and move up to 25 lbs.
Travel:
- Local travel required.
