Alari Search, LLC Looking for FP&A Director at Greenville, SC Full Time

Come join a growing team! We are in search of a strong FP&A Director for our global Manufacturing client located in the Simpsonville, SC area. The FP&A Director is responsible for the strategic financial planning, budgeting & forecasting, and reporting coordination with the finance and accounting team. You will report to the VP of FP&A and be responsible for managing a team.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing financial and operational results to better understand company performance.
• Delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Evaluating previous budgets, expenditures to develop and implement future budgets.
• Manage a team of Finance Managers and financial analysts.

Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of relevant finance experience
• 2- 5 years of management experience
• Finance or Accounting Bachelor’s Degree and MBA is preferred.
• SAP experience
