Ajilon Looking for Staff Accountant at Cleveland, Ohio Full Time

Ajilon Healthcare is currently seeking an accounting professional with one to two years of experience in accounting and one to two years healthcare or insurance experience.

Responsible for month-end close and account reconciliations. Analyze financial information and prepare financials reports.

Responsibilities:

Compile and analyze financial information to prepare and post all month end journal entries.
Prepare monthly/quarterly account reconciliations for all companies including all bank reconciliations.
Maintain the fixed assets system and ensure proper recording of fixed assets and depreciation.
Review, investigate, and correct errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports.
Complete quarterly and annual reports for various grant reporting, 5500 summaries, and unclaimed funds reporting.
Responsible for the funding of the quarterly HSA account.
Make recommendations regarding the accounting of reserves, assets, and expenditures
Review accounting processes and make recommendations on ways to improve
