The F & I Manager earns a very generous commission Pay Plan. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FINANCE MANAGER
As a Finance Manager you will offer financing options specific to each guest’s particular situation and explain their finance options in a low-pressure setting while allowing them to make their own decisions. You will build relationships with lenders, and you will possess an understanding of compliance with federal, state, and local regulations that affect new and used trailers and the finance department. You will work closely with the Sales Managers and Sales Associates building cohesive working relationships with the team. You will sell after-market products maintaining a high level of penetration and always ensuring a Total Guest Experience.

Our Finance Manager typically works Tuesday – Saturday, 8am to 5pm.
