AIR Communities Looking for Accounting Supervisor at Westminster, Colorado Full Time

The Cash Accounting Supervisor will:Â

• Manage/oversee the Cash/AR team responsible for daily transactions including cash receipts, general ledger and bank reconciliations.
• Strategize and work closely with the team to ensure month/quarter end deadlines are hit
• Identify process inefficiencies within the current flow and work with other team members to drive process change.
• Responsible for month/quarter end reconciliation reviews and approval of journal entries as necessary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Four or more years related experience.
• Experience supervising associate-level employees a plus.
• Knowledge and experience working with financial systems such as Peoplesoft.
• Strong analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail.Â
