Responsibilities:
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance required; Advanced Degree in Finance Analytics Project Management or related field preferred.
PMP certification and/or Lean/Six Sigma certification helpful.
At least 5-7 years of experience in a finance and data analytics position required. Hospitality finance experience very strongly desired.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills required.
Proven experience in Project Management and developing business metrics.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to influence others and foster excellent professional relationships.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned including budgeting forecasting centralized billing and recording process.
Coordinate maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures guidance and direction.

Oversee and coordinate the implementation and maintenance of systems and processes utilizing internal and external sources to create and implement strategies and programs that will lead to improved financial performance.
Work collaboratively with Corporate Finance and Operations leadership to ensure consistency of process and to share best practices.
Other duties projects and ad-hoc analysis as assigned
Travel around 25% of time
