JOB DESCRIPTION/DUTIES:
Perform Agency-wide accounting and audit functions, including supervision of Accounting Staff. Responsible for setting up accounts, maintaining general ledger, Journal Entries, accounts receivables/payables, payroll, deposits, drawing funds process, bank statement reconciliation, reporting requirements, budget responsibilities, year-end closing processes, financial statement preparation and auditor inquiry, maintain confidentiality regarding financial and personnel matters, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be able to demonstrate competency in oral and written communications, proficient computer and mathematic skills, and record-keeping.
Bachelors’ Degree in Accounting/Business Administration and/or 3-year related work experience (501(c)3, non-profit accounting) required.
Relevant Masters’ Degree preferred
Valid Driver’s license
Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
