As the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Lead for the Food & Technical Solutions Business Area you’ll be responsible for the overall financial analysis and planning.
About the Job
In the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Lead role you’ll partner with the Business Area Controller to:
Support business operations, business steering and improved operational performance.
Drive key strategic initiatives including investment proposals and their execution, profitability improvement programs, and working capital management.
Perform financial analysis to support business decisions and ensure correct business analysis of monthly, quarterly and year-end results.
Lead the forecast and annual planning efforts for six manufacturing sites and three business units.
Harmonize, update and streamline current month end reporting processes
About You – Fuel your passion
Relevant degree or equivalent work experience in accounting and controlling field.
Manufacturing environment desirable.
IFRS and cost accounting knowledge.
Knowledge of popular software/systems such as: HFM, JDE, SAP R/3, Optimill, Microsoft Office
