What they’re looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration.
Current Kentucky State Registered Nurse License
5 years’ experience in Acute Care setting and 1 year of leadership experience.
1 year of Project Management or Quality Improvement experience
Hours and compensation potential:
The position is day shift. But could require some off shifts.
The range is between $70,000-$100,000 depending on experience.
The facility offers a full benefit package.
What you’ll be doing:
Person is responsible for oversight of all quality initiatives to include monitoring quality metrics at the unit level.
He/She is responsible for oversight of all quality initiatives to include monitoring quality metrics at the unit level.
The person evaluates the overall care of patients by identifying opportunities for improvement in patient care practice.
Through identification of process improvements and educational opportunities, communication, and reporting state of quality to several groups.
