The Compensation Manager is a newly created role. The compensation manager will be responsible for launching a compensation program. Develop and implement compensation program, policies, and procedures. Responsible for continually evaluating compensation throughout the organization. Work with upper-level management to continually evaluate and develop strategy around compensation.
This is a direct-hire role with full benefits. Must be on site at corporate headquarters. Must be local to Cincinnati.
