Entry level AP Invoicing which is basically just asking companies for invoices and getting them to the AP team for payment – that is all done online and thru email. Anyone with customer service experience in banking/Finance or administrative work would be fine – no accounting experience needed but it’s a plus
Accounting Analysts running reports in excel and SAP and verifying payments were made correctly. A lot of research involved but nothing with actually entering Journal Entries. Someone with a business degree or similar or administrative work or experience in banking like a teller or fraud analyst would be perfect.
Accountants Entering journal entries and running reports in SAP and Excel.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Someone with banking or finance experience or previous accounting experience. They use Excel on an advanced level using macros, pivot tables, and v lookup. If someone had an Excel class in school they would have covered those tools.
