Adventure RV & Powersports in Hayward is looking to a Fixed Operations Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our Service Department.
As a Fixed Operations Manager you will be responsible for the following:
– Managing 3 technicians scheduling
– Working with Parts department on orders for repairs
– Communicating with multiple sources regarding repairs; can be coordinating with external vendors and ordering sources, sales team, technicians, and parts departments!
– Communicating with customers regarding repair work performed
– Manage and communicate with vendors regarding warranty repair work- submitting claims, following up with vendor sources, and insurance companies
Qualifications for the Fixed Operations Manager:
– Managerial experience is a plus!
– Strong organization skills, in this role you will manage the scheduling for 3 technicians. Coordinating information from Sales, Parts, and Vendors
– Works well in team based environment, as a Fixed Operations Manager you will be overseeing and working with 3 Technicians and a Parts Manger directly every day
– Customer based experience, working in a Technical Service based environment
– Great communication skills! Daily communication with our customers and vendors
– Ability and willingness to jump in and assist Technicians and Parts department as needed!
The Fixed Operations Manager role is a full time position, hours are Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.
This position is annual salaried role with monthly bonus, paid weekly. Option for 401K matching, 10 days of Paid Time Off and Holidays!
