Job Description:
The Growth Marketing Specialist will focus on execution across paid acquisition platforms. This person will report to the Manager of Growth Marketing and assist others on the marketing team.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Create and optimize ads for each paid social platform (including Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc.)
- Manage product feeds for each paid social platform to ensure data is flowing properly
- Reliably produce and maintain reporting for stakeholders that detail our efforts in various acquisition channels (Google Ads, Facebook, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok etc.)
- Analyze campaign data to find customer acquisition efficiencies
- Utilize the platform tools to successfully run marketing campaigns
- Create and maintain relationships with affiliate partners
- Communicate creative needs with the Brand team and interns
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Quantitative field preferred
- 1+ years Marketing experience
- Solid data analysis skills
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to articulate quantitative concepts in a qualitative way
- Excellent understanding of the marketing funnel
- Experience with growth marketing channels preferred
