This position is for a energetic and experienced sales/finance manager. Our dealership is striving to give customers the ultimate buying experience and with that comes the vital role of a sales/finance manager.
Duties include but not limited to
*Managing sales team and coordinating with the Finance office of daily deals going on.
*Working with Lenders to get all customers financed and ready to buy, Follow up with customers to ensure they have the information on lending deals so they are ready to purchase.
*Use CSM to log and track customers and leads for sales team. Delegate leads to the sales team and follow up on all aspects of tracking leads and make sure they are being completed.
*Work to find new Lending options and streamline the sales process to make it as fast and efficient as possible. Continue learning and focus of the options to gain more sales in the dealership
*Complete all necessary paperwork within the guidelines of the lenders and our company policies. Ensure that proper security protocols are being completed correctly and storage of all documents are always secured.
*Manage and control the pickup and delivery of the machine to customers and ensure that everything is ready to go on time and in order for the customer.
*Manage the sales team to ensure policies and rules are being followed correctly.
These are some of the major duties of this job. This position need a motivated person that want to make a difference in our dealership. This role is ever changing as the market does so the person for this position must be able to problem solve and able to complete most task unsupervised by the GM of the dealership.
