The Opportunity
As a core member of the Customer & Field Communications team, you will work to shine a light on customers who are strategically partnering with Adobe to drive digital transformation. We are looking for a strategic communicator with an affinity for customer success, who is passionate about storytelling and strives to innovate. You’ll work closely with the world’s leading brands to identify strategic joint-marketing opportunities with Adobe that will reinforce their market leadership and drive pipeline within Adobe’s worldwide field organization.
What you’ll Do
- Cultivate relationships with key sales teams to create customer advocates for top priority sales references primarily across the Experience Cloud
- Partner with outside agencies on outreach and follow-up on sales reference calls
- Sell customers on the value of co-marketing with Adobe, ranging from speaking opportunities (internal and external), press interviews/coverage, videos, blog posts, adobe.com customer stories, etc.
- Draft written materials that showcase customer success, partnerships, storylines, etc.
- Collaborate with regional teams to drive consistency in messaging and content promotion
- Actively engage with key collaborators from several parts of the organization including product marketing, corporate social responsibility, worldwide field organization, etc.
- Assist in developing innovative communications strategies
- Support measurement, reporting and analysis on key metrics across the Cloud Communications team – sales referencing, customer stories, blogs, videos, social posts, event participation, analyst engagement, etc.
What you need to succeed
- BA/BS in communications, journalism, marketing or related field
- Strong written and oral communications skills
- Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
- Meticulous with ability to follow through and deliver on commitments
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve and collaborate with stakeholders globally and cross-functionally
- Coachable, curious and good at taking initiative
