Adirondack Experience is looking for an experienced professional to assist the Director of Finance & Operations in administering a comprehensive Finance/Human Resources program for the museum. Primary duties to include benefits administration, recruitment, payroll processing, and employee relations. This position will also be responsible for the preparation of financial reports; prepare an monitor the salary and benefit portion of the annual budget; and ensure compliance with all applicable Federal and NYS employment laws.
Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources or equivalent job experience required. Must be knowledgeable of Federal and NYS employment laws. 5 years of related experience is preferred. Proficient with MicroSoft Office products.
