Responsibilities:
Â
Assist business clients with the management of AP processes
Resolve invoicing exceptions
Understand fundamentals of AP processing and posting
Chart of Accounts knowledge
Respond to internal and external requests in a timely manner, with strong customer service and follow through
Identify areas of simplification opportunities within area of responsibility, propose potential solutions (eg, process changes or possible system modifications)
Must be able to communicate professionally through email

Requirements:
Â
HS Diploma or GED; AA or BS preferred
Previous AP experience
Strong Word, Excel, Outlook experience
