Your Missions:
- Drive Acuity’s rolling forecast process evolution using OneStream, with support from the ABL Tech team. More specifically lead the effort to define Acuity’s rolling forecasting future state, chart the path to realizing that future state, lead a cross-functional team to build the technology and monthly processes, and formalize the relationship between ABL Tech and Acuity Finance relating to the ongoing use and improvement of OneStream technologies.
- Continuously identify and lead process waste removal efforts, with support from the ABS team. Lead the ongoing review of team time, seek opportunities to continuously improve our process, facilitate and project manage efforts to improve and reinvest our time, be a key driver of the shift from reporting on providing insights, establish foundation to drive
- Act as administrator of One Stream for Finance by owning the reporting and forecasting administrative teams and working closely with the Accounting administrative team to oversee the One Stream system.
- Participate on committee developing and overseeing the Finance systems roadmap. Also manage system implementation projects in support of the finance system roadmap.
- Assist with ownership of the rolling forecast process. Help coordinate and run the monthly process. Lead the process when VP Finance isn’t available. Own the technical OneStream aspects of the rolling forecast process, including troubleshooting and administration.
What you’ll be doing:
- Partner with business leaders and the ABL Tech Team to help drive initiatives and profitability of the business
- Partner with Finance & Accounting leadership to drive system and process projects and improvements
- Prepare and review key performance indicators and assist with Root Cause Countermeasure process (RCCM)
- Develop financial models to assist with planning, forecasting, and other analysis
- Drive the planning and forecasting process for finance for AYI & Segments for all three key financial statements – P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statements
- Perform maintenance of OneStream system hierarchy structures to enable accurate reporting
- Improve processes impacting your group (financial and non-financial) utilizing ABS tools, participate in group and matrix partner kaizen events
- Drive connection with Matrix Finance teams to understand related results
- Respond timely and thoughtfully to ad hoc financial requests
- Responsibility to ensure compliance with US GAAP and Corporate Policies

Leadership: Ability to lead and drive (directly or indirectly) to achieve results
What you should have:
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA/CPA preferred
- Preferred 7+ years of FP&A experience
- Strong understanding of US GAAP
- Advanced Technical Skills (Excel, PPT, PowerBI, One Stream, .net, Oracle)
- Understanding of software development approaches and methodology a plus
- Understanding of SaaS business is a plus
- Experience with finance transformation
