AcctKnowledge Hiring for Finance Administrator Job at Oklahoma City, OK Full Time

We are currently recruiting for a Business/Finance Manager for a Church in Oklahoma City. Seeking someone who would be providing support and assist in the financial planning to support the growth of the church.

Salary: $60k/year

Position Type: Direct Hire

Schedule: 4 day work week Monday-Thursday. 35 hours a week.

Full health and dental package with 401(k)

Responsibilities:
– Accounting: Responsible for coordinating and managing the overall financial and accounting activities of the church
– Utilize the church accounting software to manage revenue and expenses
-Review and reconcile payments and gift income
-Ensure accounts payable invoices are property posted and paid in an accurate and timely manner
-Responsible for on-boarding and orientation of new employees. Process all personnel file changes. Prepare payroll and act as a liaison with payroll processing company.

Experience and Skills Required:
-Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
-Excellent computer skills
-Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office
-Thorough knowledge and experience in finance, accounting, and budgeting processes
-Strong attention to detail
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Able to work with little direction
