Our Andover client is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their growing team!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process vendor and subcontractor invoices – match receivers and invoices against purchase orders, manage paperwork flow and resolve issues
Record credit card statement activity
Maintain all vendor files, electronic and paper
Research, follow-up and resolve vendor inquiries
Coordinate with purchasing department
Perform miscellaneous projects and other duties associated with accounts payable, accounting, and administrative functions
Have ability for cross trained on other accounting department functions
Flexibility to perform other duties as required, in assisting the accounting department, project managers and other management. Position is not limited to strictly accounts payable activity
