A Marketing Assistant job in Brea, CA is available through Acara Solutions. Qualified candidates will
have at least 2 years of Marketing experience. In this role, successful candidates will be detail-oriented
and help keep the marketing team efficient and on track. Candidates will report to the Senior Marketing Manager
and be responsible for assisting in the execution of marketing strategies and initiatives and reporting metrics.
The pay range for this role is $25.00-30.00 p/hour.
Marketing Assistant job responsibilities include:
Supports the Marketing team in coordinating projects and initiatives with media partners, key opinion leaders, customers,
tradeshows, dealer partners, and sales
Responsible for creating purchase orders, vendor setups, and tracking and payment of invoices
Assist in measuring the performance of marketing programs and campaigns
Provide real-time tracking, fulfillment, and submissions of sales contests and marketing programs
Input promotions in the customer care tracker
Administer the Gift Card program.
Assist in the execution of Events with shipping/receiving/tracking orders, inventory management
Setting up courses in Cvent.
Monitors inventory of marketing materials and makes suggestions for re-prints
Develops purchase orders for new literature and assures material is inspected and put into inventory
Assists with field test mailings and tracks shipments
Creates newsletters/communications to sales, customers, and Key Opinion Leaders
BASIC/REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
At least 2 years of work experience
Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college or university
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Smartsheet
PREFERRED/DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Creative thinker, self-starter, problem solver
Analytical capabilities to analyze sales data, extract relevant information and provide recommendations to improve results
Ability to cross-functionally work with internal team to determine project objectives, design appropriate methodology
Prioritize, and manage timelines for multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Effective time management skills to ensure on-time delivery of products.

Hours 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Mon – Fri)
This is a Hybrid/Remote role MUST reside in or near Orange County CA
