This job is located in or near Atlanta, GA.
Who You Are
2+ years of experience managing operations, logistics, executive administration or other related experience. Campaign specific experience not required.
An innovative problem-solver with demonstrated experience in fast-paced, high-stakes environments
A values driven professional adept at mediating difficult situations and conversations among diverse stakeholders
A systems thinker who leads with “How Can I Help?” and constantly looks through the lens of equity to meet needs
Superior organizational skills, a willingness to learn and a passion for operations work
Experience working with diverse staff in a hybrid environment
What You’ll Do
Manage the overall operational needs of the Paid Relational Organizing Program such as creating an interview and hiring process,
Be the go to person who is solving problems small and large in a demanding, fast-paced environment with diverse stakeholders.
Adhere to rigorous compliance standards.
Work with the program director to facilitate a large interview, hiring, and onboarding process for paid relational canvassers.
Create, iterate and manage HR personnel spreadsheets with data flowing from multiple sources.
Project managethe canvasser training and management pipeline and coordinating in person and virtual event logistics.
Other duties as assigned.
Salary
The salary for this position is $6,250/mo, and takes into account the required skills and experience.
