As Abnormal looks to grow the business, the respective candidate will need to have strong operating knowledge and execution capabilities, but also showcase strong communication skills and confidence in working directly with senior leadership to help influence vital decision-making, optimize execution and help scale both the business and the finance organization. You can expect to define and guide the team to deliver on detailed analyses to derive insights that will drive key business decisions, help track and derive key performance metrics for the company, and act as a strategic partner to our Foundations, business leadership team and GTM teams. While the first 6 months may have a breadth of on-hand responsibilities, success in this role is starting to shape more domain ownership on both the strategic and GTM function, helping to deliver predictable forecasting, insights to drive business model enhancements and operate with a high degree of autonomy to find solutions to challenges that lay ahead of a company that will want to make a public offering within a 24-36 month window.
