By building strategy grounded in actionable insights and analysis, this team helps marketers and cross-functional partners understand their target audiences, evaluate creative, campaign and media strategies and measure their impact.
We also build new data and insight capabilities to understand consumer perception and behaviors. We are looking for this role to help develop and drive TikTok’s global, regional and country level marketing strategy leveraging all the first and third party data using sources such as qualitative and quantitative research, social listening, marketing effectiveness studies and syndicated data.
The person in this role will identify where we should make marketing investments, how much we should invest, what is the likely impact, identify target audiences for campaigns, KPIs of success and synthesis of learnings.
This is a heavily cross-functional and matrixed role that will rely on capabilities within and outside the team to drive impact.
The key responsibilities of the role are : – Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies in partnership with stakeholders aligned with business objectives, target audience insights, and market trends.
Minimum Qualifications : – Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
