TARGET SALARY
Grade 14 – $139,000 – $ 144,000
The
Institute uses the General Schedule salary tables for administering
compensation. Offers are determined based upon candidate
qualifications, related experience, internal equity, and the amount
budgeted for the position.
JOB BRIEF
The Accounting Manager will provide support in the management of
day-to-day financial activities and processes related to accounts
payable, receivable and audit preparedness.
Working directly
with the Director of Accounting, as it relates to the management of
accounts payable and receivable functions, the incumbent will ensure
timely payment of vendor invoices and expense vouchers, maintain
accurate records and control reports, support the monthly closing of
financial records and posting of month end information, recommend
improvements to the accounts payable/receivable processes, and will
also support the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in developing and
documenting policies and procedures.
