About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to support the Consumer Auto business and be part of Wells Fargo’s broader Auto Finance team.
In this role, you will:
Lead or participate in moderately complex financial analysis and reporting initiatives as a technical professional.
Conduct in-depth research of financial data and use to perform analysis and support future financial forecast.
Develop strategies and make recommendations for forward financial planning, model development and related controls.
Lead team to meet the implementation of complex finance and cross-group projects.
Develop strategic solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness of reporting and forecasting processes.
Establish effective and efficient reporting delivery that meets brand standard and internal control standards.
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
Required Qualifications, US:
Desired Qualifications:
Some Auto or Consumer Lending experience is desired.
Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Essbase skills.
Strong finance acumen; including balance sheet and portfolio revenue concepts.
Experience with Tableau, Power BI or similar reporting tools.
Job Expectations:
Ability to execute in a fast-paced, demanding environment while balancing multiple priorities.
Proven ability to work effectively across teams and organizational levels to collaborate and complete challenging assignments.
Ability to use imperfect information to solve complex problems and make strategic recommendations.
