Work Schedule : Standard work week, 35-40 hours per week
Hourly Pay : $ per hour
Responsibilities :
Bilingual Spanish required
Assist in daily property operations including fiscal management, compliance, facilities, risk management, and resident relations.
Support Leasing Director, Community Manager, Assistant Manager, and Maintenance Staff as needed.
Handle incoming calls professionally and courteously.
Welcome applicants, residents, and vendors warmly.
Aid in marketing efforts by mailing materials, tracking marketing campaigns, and providing support to the Community Manager and / or Leasing Director.
Conduct tours of available units for prospective tenants.
Receive and ensure completion of rental applications.
Assist in entering pre-applications into the waitlist software system.
Contact applicants on the waitlist for vacant units and track responses.
Schedule certification appointments and process applicant files for approval.
Initiate background screening and approval processes for applications.
Manage resident work orders and maintain the Work Order Logbook.
Prepare and distribute general notices as required by the Community Manager.
Collect rent payments and security deposits under the Community Manager’s supervision.
Organize resident social events and facilitate communications.
Maintain resident files by storing relevant documentation.
Perform any other duties as assigned.
