JOB SUMMARY:
The Director of Retail (US East Region) motivates and inspires a team of District Managers, Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers and Beauty Advisors to create an environment that ensures an exceptional customer experience across ~80 boutiques and 21 States on the East Coast of the US. The Director of Retail (US EAST Region) also maximizes productivity and profitability by supporting and implementing all strategic brand initiatives for their assigned region. This position reports directly to the Chief Commercial Officer for US and Canada and is part of the Commercial Leadership team and Field Leadership Team.

The compensation for this role ranges from $160K-$170K (based on skills, experience and with differentials applied if outside of NYC.)
