A company is looking for a Finance Manager to oversee the financial and project accounting for a portfolio of projects, ensuring compliance with government regulations and company policies, and providing finance support and training.
Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary contact for finance support to Project Management Units, monitoring project financial health and suggesting remedies for fluctuationsReview monthly project invoices and intercompany invoices, ensuring reconciliation of accounts and accuracy of direct costsSupervise and mentor Financial Analyst(s), and provide finance support and training to field officesRequired Qualifications and EducationBachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field requiredSeven (7) plus years of financial experience with USAID and other donors contractsIn-depth knowledge of FAR, AIDAR, GAAP, and JTRExperience with Deltek CostPoint (preferred) and knowledge of or experience with QuickBooks (preferred)Experience with other accounting / financial systems
