Job description
Local 40-year-old remodeling company, searching for someone who loves talking to people, problem solving, and possess a strong can do work ethic.
The candidate will be the customer’s first point of contact and will set the tone for a positive lifelong customer relationship.
Responsibilities
Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, services, and availability
Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs
Data entry in various CRM platforms
Schedule sales appointments and follow up on sales appointments
Create proposals and sales contracts
Welcome customers in our showroom
Qualifications
At least 1 – 3 years’ of relevant work experience
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Full time – Monday- Friday 8am-5pm with paid holidays
