The American Red Cross is seeking creative, self-motivated marketing specialist to develop and evaluate marketing strategies and tactics that help recruit blood donors and increase blood donor engagement through large-scale national campaigns, corporate partnerships and other marketing programs.
This position is fully remote. WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW : The marketing specialist will : Be responsible for donor marketing monthly campaign analysis, with focus on data / KPI interpretation and evaluation, helping determine key takeaways for campaign planning.
Support the development and implementation of strategic donor marketing plans to engage and recruit blood donors and achieve the overall business and marketing objectives oftheorganization.
Work with management to identify, develop, and implement effective andproductive donor marketingstrategies for large-scale national campaigns, corporate partnerships and marketing programs.
Identify or support market research,campaignplanning,demand generation, connection planning and potential brand enhancement opportunities to accomplish the organization’s goals.
Research, identify and select the best channels to improve effectiveness of donor marketing efforts and meet the unique needs of each campaign, partner and / or audience.
Target and prioritize national segments and opportunities, and provides input into the planning process. Work across multiple cross-functional groups – and geographic and divisional boundaries – to identify andimplementeffectiveand productive marketing strategies.
Manage theinfrastructure and process, technicalcapabilities, and continuous improvement activities to achievemarketinggoals.
Use best practices and knowledge of internal and external business issues tosolve complex problems. Serves as a resource and / or lead to other staff.
WHERE YOUR CAREER IS A FORCE GOOD : Should be self-motivated – this position is fully remote. Proven track record of strategic marketing on customer-focused direct marketing activities will be helpful to you in this role.
