As the Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our financial strategy and decision-making process, leveraging your expertise in manufacturing and distribution finance. You will lead the financial planning and analysis efforts, working closely with senior management to provide valuable insights, forecast financial trends, and support our company’s continued growth.
Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A):
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a significant focus on manufacturing and distribution.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, R, and business intelligence platforms.
Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software (e.g., ERP systems).
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
