Member Engagement Senior Specialist

The Member Engagement, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion team at the Alliance for Academic Internal Medicine (AAIM) is seeking a Member Engagement Senior Specialist reporting to the Assistant Director of Member Engagement.

What this job is about:
The Member Engagement Senior Specialist is responsible for supporting and coordinating member engagement efforts for AAIM, as well as supporting member volunteer relations and diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts. This includes member engagement programs and initiatives; assisting with member retention; and membership databases; supporting member volunteer relations; supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion programming; customer service; membership marketing, and member benefit development. This position provides logistical and administrative support for the team.

Job location:
AAIM offers a hybrid work arrangement of three days per week working remotely and two days per week working in the office. Employees are required to work in the office every Tuesday and Wednesday. New employees are immediately eligible for this hybrid work arrangement.
