Job Summary
Join our Menomonee Falls, WI team as a Finance Analyst! We are looking for someone to conduct a variety of financial tasks in support of managers and executives. This may include financial analysis, application of financial controls, forecasting and planning, reporting, and audits.
This position is hybrid and allows for a combination of working in the office and remotely throughout the week.
What You Will Do
Responsible for various moderately complex financial functions such as budgeting, auditing, forecasting and analysis
Collect, consolidate, review, analyze, and validate financial data from various sources
Create, maintain, and update financial databases and spreadsheets, and generate reports to support operations, finance, and executive leadership including monthly and quarterly business reviews
Analyze and interpret financial information such as trends, variances from expectations, cash receipts and disbursements, and forecast information, and identify areas of concern
Make recommendations to management to improve financial performance and predictability
Recommend and assist in implementing new and/or improved financial processes / procedures and policies to improve accuracy, efficiency, effectiveness, and/or customer satisfaction
Identify and resolve potential issues and problem areas, and assist in developing measures to prevent future problems
Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to complete ad hoc exercises and special projects
Provide assistance to management and other personnel in interpreting financial reports
Interface effectively with personnel at varying levels and functions throughout the organization
Help ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures as well as GAAP and IFRS
Support the mission, values, and culture of the organization
Education & Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with 2+ years of directly related experience; MBA desired
Experience with POC Revenue Recognition, HFM/Essbase, and CostPoint/Deltek is highly preferred
Candidates must be a US citizen and meet DRS security standards as imposed by DoD, including the issuance of any necessary security clearance by the US government within a reasonable time after commencement of employment
