Description/Job Summary
Resources for Human Development (RHD) is hiring! We are seeking a Director of Finance to manage the financial operations for our Behavioral Health and Housing Service Line, including budget preparation, forecasting, and financial reporting. This role may operate out of the Shared Services office in Philadelphia or any Regional RHD office in New Jersey, Delaware, or North Carolina, with the opportunity for work from home.The salary range for this role is $110,442.60 – $115,351.16 plus a $5000.00 sign on bonus!!!
The Director is also responsible for the monitoring and implementation of internal controls to ensure that functional areas are operating in accordance with established corporate guidelines, policies, and procedures and government, payer, and legal requirements. The Director is a key stakeholder in analyzing prospective business development and assessing financial risks and outcomes.

7-10 years of relevant experience in Finance, Operations, Business Management or related fields, including 5 years of supervisory experience

RHD’s BHH programs provide flexible supports that address the ever-changing needs of consumers and include support for family members and input for service design from consumers, their families and advocates.
RHD employees and programs in the City of Philadelphia are required to follow the COVID vaccine mandate. Revised PDPH guidance allows for new hires to be partially vaccinated at the time of hire. This means they have received at least one shot in a two-dose series or a single dose in a one-dose series before beginning in-person shifts. The final dose must be received within4 weeks of hire (start date). This currently does not include boosters.
