As a Director Finance- Integration at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the finance function within Honeywell Performance Materials & Technologies (PMT) by leading and driving the integration of newly acquired businesses into the PMT finance organization. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless integration of financial processes, systems, and reporting, enabling Finance and Business leaders to effectively manage the newly acquired businesses. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, IT, and Operations, to develop and execute integration plans, drive process improvements, and deliver on key milestones. Additionally, you will provide leadership and guidance to the integration team, ensuring successful outcomes and alignment with strategic objectives.
You will report directly to the PAS CFO and you’ll work out of our PMT headquarters in Houston, TX on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will have a significant impact on the integration of newly acquired businesses, driving process standardization, efficiency, and accuracy within the finance function.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and drive the integration of newly acquired businesses into the HPS finance organization
Execute integration plans, ensuring seamless financial processes, systems, and reporting
Ensure seamless ERP implementation in the new acquired business
Collaborate with and provide finance support to other functions/integration workstreams
Drive alignment with strategic objectives and deliver on key integration milestones
Drive revenue and cost synergies generation and accurate tracking in the systems
Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial reporting and controls during the integration process
Monitor and track integration progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks
YOU MUST HAVE
10+ years of experience in Finance and Accounting
Experience leading finance integration projects or project management
Experience in project accounting
Strong risk management skills

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
MBA or advanced degree in Finance or related field
Strong knowledge of finance processes, systems, and reporting
Experience in mergers and acquisitions, specifically in finance integration
Excellent leadership and project management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and presentation skills
