Compensation
Pay range for new hires : $25.27 to $40.41 per hour
Hire-in rates of pay are based upon the relevance of years of experience, education and certifications. Our talent acquisition team will help you understand how your direct experience will be considered.

Job Overview :
We are seeking a motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic Community Relations team. In this integral role, you will contribute directly to activities that positively impact Aspen Valley Hospital’s brand visibility and influence through community engagement.

In this role, you will gain broad marketing experience interfacing regularly with senior Aspen Valley Hospital administrative and clinical staff, as well as a stable of trusted vendors as you help to develop, expand and maintain our marketing channels.
Assists with creation, production and distribution of print and digital marketing materials. Maintains Aspen Valley Hospital brand standards in all messaging, in all channels.
Helps to create project specs and coordinates print production efforts for collateral pieces, working closely with vendors on budget, quantities and timelines.
Updates hospital website via WordPress content management system. Regularly reports on website and digital performance through analytics.
Must be familiar with WordPress and Google Analytics. HTML proficiency is a plus.
Assists social media manager with campaigns, creating original content and video, and managing posts where needed to ensure brand consistency.
Must have proficiency with major social media platforms : LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.
Ensures success of special events, including health fairs, open houses, speaker series and other community events, as well as internal events for staff which include Doctors’ Day and National Hospital Week.
Supports planning and execution of sponsorship events.
